Bill Wallace is a great guy and also a Vietnam veteran. He has been my AC/Heat man for over eight years. He is the kind of guy who will not charge for unnecessary repairs. I remember a job in Barkers Landing. Another AC contractor had said the sellers needed a new compressor and new evaporator, because the system would not work. His estimate for the repair was at a cost of $3500. I called Bill Wallace for another opinion. He found that a mouse had chewed through the AC wires in the wall of the house.
